“We were driving from Yellowstone on our way to Glacier National Park, and planned to stop for the night. Check in was efficient, but not friendly nor informative. We were not told about breakfast nor where the elevator was, if there was one. The air conditioning was okay at best, and took quite a long time to cool the room. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows left something to be disused. The workout room was adequate, but nothing special. The location was good, and it met our needs...

“Waited at front desk for 10 minutes. Unfriendly staff. Dirty rooms. Uncomfortable beds with lumpy pillows.”

“Some attention to detail was missing when our room was cleaned, specifically at the inside top of the toilet. It was an accessible room that we didn’t book, but checked in quite late, so perhaps it’s all that was left. Also, it was right beside the pool and near the lobby so a bit noisy at times. Having said all of that, the rate reflected the experience being just okay. It might have been a bit too expensive for what it was but was one of two affordable options when we booked.”

“The pool needs a reno, the slide is falling apart. Staff was slow to refill breakfast options. Didn’t have sheets for the pullout in the room, and not enough towels for our group. Slightly inconvenient to have to repeatedly ask for things from the front desk. A good hotel location, comfortable beds.”

“Already informed the staff. They seemed like they didn't care. Neither do I . I just won't Stay there again and will tell others to do the same. The Restaurant however knocked it out of the park BTW. Maybe should take notes from them.”
